How much do I have to raise and what is included?

Overnight Accommodation

Friday 5 th May. You will stay in a

hotel in Ballinasloe, Co Galway.

This is included in the entry fee.

Saturday 6 th May. 40 Twin rooms

are reserved in The Station House

Hotel, Clifden. The cost is €130

per person for B&B plus evening

dinner (based on 2 people

sharing a room) which is not

covered in the entry fee. If you

wish to stay in this hotel you

must contact them at (095) 21699

and pay for it yourself. If you

decide to stay somewhere else

and have the evening dinner, in

the Station House Hotel, the cost

is €35 per person.

Entry Cost

 

€450 per person which includes

your registration fee of

€50.

To participate in this event, all you need to do is raise a minimum of €450 which is your entrance fee.

​

The following is included in your entrance fee:

​

  • A special designed 2023 event Jersey 

  • Breakfast before leaving Dublin

  • Overnight Hotel, dinner and breakfast in Ballinasloe

  • Hot lunch on both days of the cycle

  • The use of a Cycle Mechanic where necessary

  • Energy drinks and food, beverages, etc at all stops along the route

  • Transportation for both cyclist and your bike back to Dublin on Sunday 7 May 2023

You will just need to transfer €50 to register for the cycle, with the balance of €400 payable later. 

​

Please Note that as this is a charity cycle, it would be great if you could raise some additional funds for this great charity. You can lodge the remaining funds into our bank account using an electronic funds transfer (online banking) as using PayPal incurs transaction fees. I

 

When you register for the cycle on Eventmaster you will have the option of setting up a personalised fundraising page. We would recommend using this facility
