The Route

This year we will have our normal two (2) day event. Cyclists will depart Westmanstown in Dublin following breakfast on the morning of 5 May 2022 and head west towards the N4, stopping for lunch at The Mullingar Park Hotel route before moving onto the Greenway towards Athlone. The Group will overnight in Ballinasloe. Day 1 is a total of 160km.

The next morning we will head west again and cycle to a tbc location for lunch, Cong, Leeenaun, arriving in Clifden that evening. Day 2 is a total of 160km.

Most of the roads are in relatively good condition and we will have our usual Safety Team in place. We will have Garda escorts where necessary.
